Healthcare assistant with Visa sponsorship -Cornwall areas

We are seeking a Home Care Assistant to provide support and assistance to our customers within their own homes in TRURO and surrounding villages. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature and a willingness to help others. Working hours are 7am to 2:30pm and 4pm to 11pm including weekends and Bank Holidays on a rota basis.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with daily activities such as personal care and meal preparation
- Support the care team in implementing care plans
- Maintain a clean and tidy living environment for customers
- Communicate effectively with customers, families, and colleagues
- Provide companionship and emotional support to customers

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care setting is desirable
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
- A valid driver's licence is essential
- Compassionate nature and willingness to assist others
